I grew up in a small town where the kitchen was the heart of our home, and my mother was my first inspiration. From an early age, I chased flavors everywhere I could find them, fascinated by how simple ingredients could turn into something unforgettable.

That curiosity took me traveling and learning from street vendors and master chefs alike. I refined my craft through studies in Singapore and New Zealand, then honed my professional skills in fine dining in Singapore (including Rosette and Charcoal). Now in Bali, I bring my journey full circle—blending global technique with the tastes and traditions I grew up with, so every bite tells a story.

For me, cooking is more than a job—it’s a passion, a craft, and a love that brings people together, creating flavors that evoke memories and inspire.
